Our Story
Parley and Sons began in 2022 when Loren Parley(CEO) desired to follow in the footsteps of his father, Philip Parley who has been an active participant in the residential contracting industry since he could walk. Phil worked with his father starting in the 1960’s for about 15 years building homes from the ground up in the Fresno area. He eventually ventured out by getting his own general contracting license in his early twenties and hit the ground running building custom speculation homes and contracting with clients.
Loren Parley (CEO), a third generation contractor in the Fresno area, has worked with his father, Phil since he was 10 and able to clean up the jobsite, where most general contractors sons start, naturally. As time went on, Loren graduated to more intricate tasks such as framing and finish work, beginning to work closely with his father after high school and got more engaged in the workings of running a general contracting company until, in 2022, Loren received his own general contracting license.
It’s oftentimes difficult to get photos of Loren around the jobsite since it’s a go go go kind of world but aside from his passion of construction, you’ll find that Loren loves the outdoors just as much as he does construction so it only does it justice to show him in that element.
